  • Charlotte (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

The Opportunity

A growing Charlotte-based advertising agency seeks a Digital Account Executive to join its dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact

  • Project manage digital campaign (paid social/search, SEO, programmatic) from strategy to execution

  • Analyze performance and translate data into actionable insights

  • Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams for cohesive campaign delivery

  • Draft proposals, reports, briefs, and presentations with superb writing skills

  • Track project budgets and ensure smooth billing and reconciliations

  • Upsell/cross‑sell and help win new business as opportunities arise

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in agency account management

  • 1–2 years working on digital advertising strategies

  • Strong communication, project‑management, and teamwork skills

  • Excellent written abilities and comfort with client-facing deliverables

Compensation

$60,000–80,000 base salary + performance bonus
